This product, a clear and sticky liquid, serves as a substitute for polyaluminum chloride. When added to a mixture of mud and water along with PAM (polyacrylamide), and processed through a belt press, plate - frame filter, or centrifuge, it rapidly separates mud from water, optimizes water quality utilization, and ensures high sludge dewatering efficiency.

The coagulant for sand (coal) washing operations works by neutralizing the surface charge of sand (coal) particles, decreasing their zeta potential, and facilitating agglomeration and sedimentation. The mud - separating precipitant functions based on a flocculation mechanism: once its adsorption groups attach to the surface of sediment particles, the molecular chains bridge and interweave, causing the particles to precipitate. In sand (coal) washing wastewater with low sediment content, sedimentation occurs easily. However, in wastewater with high sediment levels, distinct layering may not be evident.
